2. Decide if you want any customization, or have any questions.

Customize your carving - Please keep in mind that we can customize ANY carving you like, to your specifications. Many of the carvings on our website were custom designed by request for our customers!! Want a frog, but want it with baby blue eyes, instead? No problem. Want a Civil War Soldier with a different hair color? We can do it. Just tell us what you want, and we'll work with you. Want something you don't see? E-Mail us, and we'll quote you a price.

3. Email or call us toll free to place your order.

Just let us know which piece you're interested in. If you want something custom, or have any questions, we'll be glad to quote you a price via email. Most importantly, though, don't be afraid to email us or give us a call if you have any questions about anything you see on our site - We're really nice, honest!

Keep in mind that most custom carvings require a deposit before we begin creating the piece.

4. Shipping

YES! WE CAN SHIP IT

We can give you a quote on shipping. You will pay actual UPS or USPS shipping plus a custom box and packing charge (usually about $10.00). This covers special packaging so your carving can safely withstand rough handling during shipping, and arrive in perfect condition to your door.

Larger carvings ship via FREIGHT due to weight restrictions. If you are buying an existing carving (one that we have all ready carved , and on hand) we can ship within 1-2 business days of receipt of your payment. We ship WORLDWIDE.

5. Sales Tax

We are required by law to collect Sales Tax on all orders being shipped to Pennsylvania.

6. Payment

4 ways to pay: Credit Card (visa/MasterCard), PayPal.com, Check/Money Order, Layaway

a. www.PAYPAL.COM (VISA/MasterCard) - You can pay us online, securely, at www.paypal.com. This is a TOTALLY FREE SERVICE, which lets you use your visa/mastercard to buy anything you like from DENNYSWOODS.com. You simply sign up, and send us money via email. One thing to keep in mind is that you will have a $200 transaction limit on paypal until they are able to confirm your street address by having paypal send you a password in the mail. After that, you will be able to charge larger purchases, over $200.00.

b. Call us Toll Free (VISA / MasterCard) - If you wish, you can call us toll-free at 1-877-827-2197 and give us your order and credit card information over the telephone.

We are a Visa / MasterCard Certified Merchant.

However, we have found many of our customers prefer to use www.paypal.com since payment can be made instantly, securely, online, and we don't ever even see you credit card number. But, if you'd rather give us your number over the phone, that's fine, too.

c. Money Orders and personal checks are also gladly accepted, just drop it in the mail.

d. Layaway - This is our new convenient 3 pay installment plan. Here's how it works: You choose your carving, order it by emailing or calling us, and just tell us you would like to use lay away. We will calculate your total, including shipping and tax, and then divide it by 3. Your first payment of 1/3 of your total order is due and payable immediately, then 30 days later you make your second payment, and your carving will be shipped following your third payment.
