The idea for these unique Treasure Chests was born with my grandson Avery's fourth birthday party. The idea was to have a PIRATE birthday ADVENTURE party, complete with real treasure maps, and a real "treasure" for the kids to find! So, naturally, we needed a treasure chest. After searching in vain for a suitable one, I decided to carve it myself. The result was the "small" treasure chest pictured above. It was such a HUGE hit at the party, that even the adults wanted to search for the treasure, just to win the chest!

I hope you enjoy them as much as we have! They're really quite a conversation piece, and each one can be PERSONALIZED at no extra charge! The larger chest makes a wonderful "hope" chest, and my grandson uses the small one for all his most prized toy "treasures".
HOW TO ORDER OUR TREASURE CHESTS: Our chests are carved out of a log, and cut in two sizes. The exact dimensions vary, due to the size of the log. The large chest is approximately 27- 30 inches in length, and sits well at the foot of a bed. The small chest is 18-20 inches in length and makes an excellent desktop storage place for your special treasures. The height and the depth are determined by the diameter of the log. They are between 12-16 inches high with a similar depth. Both chests are carved with a personalized banner. The large chest sells for $500.00 plus shipping and handling, and the smaller chest for $350.00 plus shipping and handling. This gives you the opportunity to place a scene with special meaning to your family right on the chest's lid. A scenic carving of the large chest's lid costs approximately $225.00. A similar carving on the small chest's lid costs approximately $125.00 extra. And again, it really depends on your specifications! If you have a particular scene in mind, The chest has rustic oversized hinges and hasp and lock included. What can we carve for you?
