Ok, ..this piece immediately brought to mind a song from long ago, when our daughter was in Kindergarten: In case you'd like to sing along....

If you're done singing now, we'll give you the scoop: 

Chipper is a gray squirrel.  He has found a very large acorn, and refuses to put it down...Not even when you step up behind him to have your picture taken with him.  He is carved with the large warm eyes and of course a bushy tail!

Chipper is carved out of white pine and stands about 4 feet tall in the photos.  We can also carve him 3' at your request.  He is a stout 17-20 inches in diameter.  He is finished in color washes which allow the beauty of the wood to show through.  He'll be at home whether you  place him  indoors or outdoors.
